Assessment district definition
Assessment district means a municipality or combination of municipalities as described in a marketing program. A combination of municipalities is not required to be contiguous.
Assessment district means the assessment district established by the Authority pursuant to SCIP which includes the Developer's property for which the Acquisition Improvements are being funded.
