Assays definition

Assays means assay tests consisting of the measurement of certain analytes using specified reagents for use on an Instrument, which assay tests use or perform processes included within the Simoa Technology.
Assays means the Target specific assays of RiboGene described in Exhibit 1.3, and any additional Target specific assays developed by or licensed (with the right to sublicense) to RiboGene during the Research Term. More Definitions of Assays

Assays means the AUC and infectious titer assays.
Assays means the assays for a particular biomarker to be co-developed under this Agreement and/or the TDA by Response and JBT that will run on the New Analyzer, which are limited to those set forth on Schedule B to this Agreement.
