Assays definition

Assays means the Target specific assays of RiboGene described in Exhibit 1.3, and any additional Target specific assays developed by or licensed (with the right to sublicense) to RiboGene during the Research Term. Prior to their use in the Research Program, Exhibit 1.3 shall be amended to include such additional assays.
