Ascent definition

Ascent means Ascent Entertainment Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation and majority owner of the Borrower.
Ascent means Ascent Capital Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Ascent has the meaning ascribed thereto in the preamble.
