As Builts means drawings prepared by the Contractor that show the original design drawings revised to reflect any changes made in the field, i.e., design changes issued by change order, component relocations required for coordination, rerouting of distribution systems, etc., and that show the exact dimensions and locations of work that will be concealed during construction.

As Builts means a set of reproducible drawings which show significant changes in the work made during construction and which are usually based on drawings marked up in the field and other data furnished by the contractor.
