As-Built Survey definition

As-Built Survey means an as-built Survey of all of the Project Real Property.
As-Built Survey means a survey conducted and shown on a drawing prepared and sealed by a Registered Surveyor and/or Engineer indicating information such as, but not limited to: actual dimensions, elevations, and locations of any structures and their components, underground utilities, roads, swales, ditches, detention/retention facilities, sewers, BMPs, or other infrastructure and facilities after construction has been completed.
As-Built Survey means a survey prepared by a licensed Ohio surveyor based on information received from Co-Borrowers, project contractors, and public agencies, but need not be based upon a field verification or investigation of the improvements or grades, unless the surveyor is engaged to provide such field verification services.

Examples of As-Built Survey in a sentence

  • The Sponsor shall provide an updated title report and an ALTA As-Built Survey acceptable to the Department.

  • Grantee shall provide evidence of title insurance and an ALTA As-Built Survey that are acceptable to the Department.

  • Upon receipt and provided the As-Built Survey conforms to the plans and specifications, site plan and any other construction documents approved by BellSouth, BellSouth shall initial the As-Built Survey.

  • The as-built drawings shall include an as-built survey locating the Site to a monument or the Tower (the "As-Built Survey").

More Definitions of As-Built Survey

As-Built Survey means an as-built survey, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Buyer and sufficient for the Title Company to provide survey coverage in the Title Policy in compliance with the “2011 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys” jointly established and adopted by the American Land Title Association and the National Society of Professional Surveyors effective February 23, 2011 showing and including optional items 3, 4, 6(b), 7(a), 7(c), 8, 11(a), 11(b), 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20(a) and 21 and certified by a surveyor licensed in the State of South Dakota reasonably satisfactory to the Title Company, the Project Company and Buyer, prepared not more than sixty (60) days prior to the Closing.
As-Built Survey means each of the following “as-built” surveys of the Real Property:
As-Built Survey means the Final ALTA Survey updated to show any changes to the Project Site which shall only be those approved by Buyer (such as Project Layout and Permitted Encumbrances) and all improvements as they are constructed or installed on the Project Site and dated by the surveyor on a date that is within thirty (30) days prior to Substantial Completion.
As-Built Survey shall have the meaning ascribed thereto m Section 4.2(f) of this Agreement.

As-Built Survey means the Final ALTA Survey updated to show any changes to the Project Site (such as Project Layout and Permitted Encumbrances) and all improvements as they are constructed or installed on the Project Site and dated by the surveyor after Final Completion in accordance with Section 0.
