These As-Built Documents will become the permanent property of City at Final Completion.
The term “Record Documents” refers to the As-Built Documents, warranties, guarantees and other documents required to be submitted by Contractor as a condition of Final Completion.
At the completion of construction, Contractor shall, as a requirement of the Final Completion of the Work, certify that to the best of its knowledge, the As-Built Documents are true and accurate, and that the indications thereon represent all Changes performed during the construction of the Project.
The monthly progress payment statement will not be accepted or processed by City unless the As-Built Documents are current and complete, and Approved by City.
Upon Final Completion and as a condition to Final Payment, each sheet of the As-Built Documents and other Record Documents shall be signed and attested to by the Contractor’s Superintendent as being complete and accurate.
