ARTC s Environmental Licence” means ARTC’s environment protection licence under the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 (NSW) in respect of the Network that is situated in New South Wales or such other replacement licences that may be issued from time to time;

ARTC means the Alberta Royalty Tax Credit, an Alberta provincial government program under which, in certain circumstances, tax credits may be provided against royalties on oil and natural gas production payable to the Province of Alberta.

Examples of ARTC in a sentence

• If an Applicant requests Additional Capacity under section 3.9(d) and following the provision of the Indicative Access Proposal under section 3.10, wishes to proceed with the request for Additional Capacity, ARTC will consult with the Applicant and, if appropriate the HVCCC, to develop the associated Project and will use reasonable endeavours to agree with the Applicant an estimated cost and timeframe to prepare a Concept Assessment Report for that Project.

• ARTC will determine whether there is sufficient Available Capacity to accommodate the Access Rights sought by the Applicant on the basis of a Capacity Analysis carried out in accordance with section 5.2.

• If the HVCCC makes such a recommendation, ARTC will consult with the HVCCC to develop the Project and will use reasonable endeavours to agree with the HVCCC an estimated cost and timeframe to prepare a Concept Assessment Report for that Project.

• If the other relevant Hunter Valley Coal Chain Service Providers do not effectively and reasonably participate in the initial review of Capacity, ARTC will not consider itself bound to participate in the review.

• Except where the determination or direction is subject to a review by a court of law, if an Applicant does not comply with a determination or direction of the arbitrator, then ARTC will no longer be obliged to continue negotiations regarding the provision of Access Rights to that Applicant.
