Art Work means the Art Work by the Artist for the Project, as described in Section 3 herein and Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein, and as approved by the City Council.

• Artist hereby acknowledges that the Art Work, when installed, will be incorporated within and made a part of the Project Site in such a way that removing the Art Work from the Project Site, or the destruction or modification of the Project Site may cause the destruction, distortion, mutilation or other modification of the Art Work.

Art Work means an image which is prepared from a Medium and used in the production of a PCB device.
