Arranging Agents definition

Arranging Agents have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the introduction to this Agreement; provided that after the Effective Date, Arranging Agents shall only mean and include GSCP.

Arranging Agents means, collectively, the Administrative Agent, the Documentation Agent and the Syndication Agent.
