For example, if a state term contract calls for delivery 30 days after receipt of order (ARO), and an order specifies delivery will occur both in excess of 30 days ARO and after expiration of the state term contract, the Contractor will accept the order.
The Contractor shall not alter or vary any terms or conditions contained or incorporated herein, including but not limited to, the quantity, price, delivery date or date designated as After Receipt of Order (ARO) or date for commencement or completion of services as mutually agreed upon, unless such alteration or variation is consented to in writing by a duly authorized representative of the City.
Contractor shall provide written acknowledgement of orders within five (5) Business Days ARO.
Emergency Items: These items shall be received no later than one (1) calendar day After Receipt of Order (ARO).
Replenishment of Stock Items: These items shall be received no later than three (3) calendar days After Receipt of Order (ARO) and shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination.
