Executive acknowledges and agrees that Executive owes a fiduciary duty of loyalty, fidelity and allegiance to act at all times in the best interests of Argo Group and further agrees not to engage or participate in any act that will or is reasonably likely to injure the business, interests, or reputation of Argo Group.
Confidential Information is extremely valuable to Argo Group and Executive acknowledges, understands and agrees Argo Group takes reasonable measures to maintain its confidentiality and to guard its secrecy.
