Arbitration Fee definition

Arbitration Fee means fee levied by Card Networks for raising a Dispute to be evaluated and decided upon by the Card Network.
Arbitration Fee means a fee to be paid by the Claimant for each claim filed with the ICAC to cover the costs of the ICAC to be incurred in connection with the arbitration of a case.
