The respective rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement shall survive any termination of Executive’s employment to the extent necessary to the intended preservation of such rights and obligations, including, without limitation, Section 4 (Non-Competition, Non-Solicitation, Intellectual Property and Confidentiality), Section 8 (Arbitration; Expenses) and Section 18 (Claw-Back).
Arbitration Expenses: Each party shall pay its own costs, fees and expenses of witnesses called by it, and of its representatives.
