Each of Employee, on the one hand, and the Company, on the other hand, shall pay for and bear the costs of their own experts, evidence, and representation (“Legal Expenses”); provided, however, that the arbitrator may determine which party shall bear the Legal Expenses, but not the Arbitration Expenses.
