Arbitration Expenses definition

Arbitration Expenses. The Parties shall share the cost of arbitration proceedings as prescribed by the Trade Union Act (Nova Scotia).

Arbitration Expenses. The parties shall share equally the arbitrator’s fees and expense, which the parties mutually agree are necessary for the conduct of the arbitration. Including the cost of the transcript or recording if requested by either or both parties. Each party shall bear its own expenses relating to the party’s representatives, witnesses, and any other expenses which the party incurs relating to presenting the case in arbitration. A transcript or recording of the hearing shall be made at the request of either party. The cost of the transcript or recording shall be paid for by the requesting party. Cancellation fees shall be paid by the party requesting the cancellation.
