Arbitration Committee definition

Arbitration Committee means the Standing Committee appointed by the Board as described in the Standing Committee List, from which Dispute Resolution Panels are drawn;
Arbitration Committee means a committee constituted by the Board of Directors of CDSL, comprising representatives of Users concerned including not more than three senior officers of CDSL. In the event of any casual vacancy arising out of the death or resignation of any member of the committee, the Board of Directors or if authorised by the Board the Managing Director shall fill up such vacancy by nominating any person from the User category. One of the three officers of CDSL shall act as the secretary of the Arbitration Committee and shall attend to all ministerial, secretarial and administrative functions thereof, assisted by such number of employees of CDSL as the Managing Director of CDSL may nominate.
Arbitration Committee means the arbitration and dispute resolution committee established pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution.

  • If negotiations fail between the parties, the dispute shall be referred to the CDB and finally resolved by Arbitration in accordance with rules and procedures of CDB enforced at the time of submission through its National Arbitration Committee.
