The ARA and Appleton anticipate that the Exhibition Center Room Taxes will be sufficient to make all payments of debt service on the Bonds; however, in the event that such Exhibition Center Room Taxes are insufficient to make such payments, Appleton will agree, subject to the terms of the Lease, to fund such payments then due and payable under the Lease.
