You agree that the Confidential Information includes our proprietary and trade secret information, as defined under Article 24, Chapter 66 of the North Carolina General Statutes (“Trade Secret Information”), and that release of our Trade Secret Information to any third party other than Approved Third Parties is not permissible and may constitute violation of applicable laws.
Luware shall regularly monitor that its Approved Third Parties abide to such agreement and the applicable Data Protection Laws.
