Approved Third Parties means a party making a payment that has satisfied MEL’s screening requirements, including, but not limited to, money laundering screening and sanctions screening.

More Definitions of Approved Third Parties

Approved Third Parties means the Grantor (MOE), any publicly funded research institute, research centre, university, polytechnic or other institute of higher learning based in Singapore;

Approved Third Parties means (i) those Persons set forth on Exhibit A hereto who are acting on behalf of the Consortium or AcquisitionCo (as updated in accordance with clause (ii)), and (ii) any other financing sources or third party advisors of the Consortium or AcquisitionCo (including accountants, consultants and legal counsel) that are mutually approved by the Parties.

Approved Third Parties means SMI, any publicly funded research institute, research centre, university, polytechnic or other institute of higher learning based in Singapore;

Approved Third Parties means those Third Parties being approved by INFLARX for secondary transfer of IFX-1 and/or the IFX-1 Cell Line within the territory of the P.R. China in accordance with Section ‎4.8ii.

Approved Third Parties means (i) those Persons set forth on Exhibit A hereto who are acting on behalf of the Consortium or Parent (as updated in accordance with clause (ii)), and (ii) any other financing sources or third party advisors of the Consortium or Parent (including accountants, consultants and legal counsel) that are mutually approved by the Investors.

Approved Third Parties means such reputable and qualified printers, security printers, and/or end users that have been pre-approved in writing by DSS, which approval may be given or withheld in DSS’ sole and absolute discretion.
