Approved Third Parties definition

Approved Third Parties means the Grantor, any publicly funded research institute, research centre, university, polytechnic or other institute of higher learning based in Singapore;
Approved Third Parties means Business Associates, Covered Entities, agencies of the State of North Carolina, and other entities that have entered into HIPAA compliant data sharing agreements with NC HIEA to further the purposes outlined in N.C.G.S. 90-414.2 et. seq. and other Applicable Law.
Approved Third Parties means AI Singapore, any publicly funded research institute, research centre, university, polytechnic, government restructured hospitals or other institute of higher learning based in Singapore;

  • We may specify from time to time, the maximum payments (by way of hourly rates or otherwise and which may be banded by reference to experience, location, area of expertise or otherwise) that we will reimburse you in respect of work carried out by Approved Third Parties and Counsel whom you appoint.

  • You shall take all necessary precautions to ensure that all information designated as confidential which you obtain from us is given only to your personnel, Counsel and Approved Third Parties to the extent to which is strictly necessary for the performance of your obligations under this Contract and that such personnel, Counsel and Approved Third Parties do not use such information otherwise than for the purposes permitted by this Clause 15.

  • You may instruct Agents, Counsel or Approved Third Parties to carry out or assist with Contract Work where you are satisfied that it is in the interests of your Client to do so, subject to your compliance with Clause3.

  • We may require that Agents, Approved Third Parties and Counsel or in-house advocates appointed by you in relation to Contract Work must possess such experience, qualifications, or membership of such panel, or hold such accreditation as we may specify in the Specification e.g. instructing advocates in the High Court who meet certain panel, training or quality requirements as may be in force during the Contract Period.

  • References to “personnel” means all employees, self-employed personnel, agency workers, partners (partnership), directors (company) and Members of LLPs other than sub-contractors, Counsel, Agents and Approved Third Parties.

  • Your obligations in respect of payment rates to be made to Approved Third Parties and Counsel are set out in the Specification and/or Legal Aid Legislation.

Approved Third Parties means the Grantor (MOE), any publicly funded research institute, research centre, university, polytechnic or other institute of higher learning based in Singapore;
Approved Third Parties means Covered Entities, Business Associates, government agencies, and other entities that have entered into data sharing agreements with NC HIEA to further the purposes outlined in G.S. § 90-414.2 et. seq. and other Applicable Law.
Approved Third Parties means those Third Parties being approved by INFLARX for secondary transfer of IFX-1 and/or the IFX-1 Cell Line within the territory of the P.R. China in accordance with Section ‎4.8ii.
Approved Third Parties means such reputable and qualified printers, security printers, and/or end users that have been pre-approved in writing by DSS, which approval may be given or withheld in DSS’ sole and absolute discretion.
Approved Third Parties has the meaning contained in Section 2.4.

Related to Approved Third Parties

  • Independent Third Party means any Person who, immediately prior to a contemplated transaction, does not own in excess of 5% of the Company’s Common Units on a fully-diluted basis (a “5% Owner”), who is not controlling, controlled by or under common control with any such 5% Owner and who is not the spouse or descendant (by birth or adoption) of any such 5% Owner or a trust for the benefit of such 5% Owner and/or such other Persons.

  • Nonaffiliated third party means any person except:

  • Approved Third-Party Appraiser means each of (a) Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Inc., (b) Lincoln International LLC (formerly known as Lincoln Partners LLC), (c) Duff & Xxxxxx Corporation, (d) Valuation Research Corporation, and (e) any other third party appraiser selected by the Borrower in its reasonable discretion.

  • Valid Third Party Entity In respect of any transaction, any third party that the Calculation Agent determines has a bona fide intent to enter into or consummate such transaction (it being understood and agreed that in determining whether such third party has such a bona fide intent, the Calculation Agent shall take into consideration the effect of the relevant announcement by such third party on the Shares and/or options relating to the Shares and, if such effect is material, may deem such third party to have a bona fide intent). Nationalization, Insolvency or Delisting: Cancellation and Payment (Calculation Agent Determination); provided that, in addition to the provisions of Section 12.6(a)(iii) of the Equity Definitions, it will also constitute a Delisting if the Exchange is located in the United States and the Shares are not immediately re-listed, re-traded or re-quoted on any of the New York Stock Exchange, The NASDAQ Global Select Market or The NASDAQ Global Market (or their respective successors); if the Shares are immediately re-listed, re-traded or re-quoted on any of the New York Stock Exchange, The NASDAQ Global Select Market or The NASDAQ Global Market (or their respective successors), such exchange or quotation system shall thereafter be deemed to be the Exchange.   • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, equipment or components of or relating to the Services that are not proprietary to NCIT.

  • Permitted Persons means (A) the Company; (B) any Related Party; or (C) any group (as defined in Rule 13b-3 under the Exchange Act) comprised of any or all of the foregoing.

  • Sublicensees as used herein in either singular or plural shall mean any person or entity other than an AFFILIATED COMPANY to which Company has granted a sublicense under this Agreement.

  • Prospective donor means an individual who is dead or near death and has been determined by a procurement organization to have a part that could be medically suitable for transplantation, therapy, research, or education. The term does not include an individual who has made a refusal.

  • Approved Vendor means a person who has been approved for inclusion on an approved vendor list through the approved vendor list process.
