Approved Purposes definition

Approved Purposes means the use of Data by the Provider for the purposes of providing services authorized by APS in Agreements entered into between APS and the Provider (“Authorized Services”) during the term of the SDUPA., and for no other purpose.
Approved Purposes means the strategies specified and set forth in the Opioid Abatement Strategies attached as Exhibit A.
Approved Purposes means forward-looking strategies, programming and services used to expand the availability of treatment for individuals impacted by substance use disorders, to: (a) develop, promote, and provide evidence-based substance use prevention strategies; (b) provide substance use avoidance and awareness education; (c) decrease the oversupply of licit and illicit opioids; and (d) support recovery from addiction. Approved Purposes shall include, but are not limited to, the opioid abatement strategies listed on Exhibits A and B which are incorporated herein by reference.

  • You must allow us (or anyone we authorise) to have any access we may need to: inspect Your Property, Third Party Property and any work to Your Property or Third Party Property; monitor the conduct and progress of the Approved Purposes; and monitor the Approved Usage.

  • You must carry out the Approved Purposes in line with current best practice in your area of heritage and to a standard that is appropriate to a project of importance to the national heritage.

  • Grant Expiry DateYou must complete the Approved Purposes of your Delivery Phase and submit your Completion Report and Final Payment Request form and Evaluation Report by 30th September 2027.

  • You must take appropriate steps to monitor your own success in achieving the Approved Purposes and in using Your Property for the Approved Usage and collect quantitative and qualitative data to evidence the outputs of the Project.

  • Grant Expiry Date – the date by which you must achieve the Approved Purposes as set out in the Grant Notification Letter and by which you will make the final drawdown of the Grant.


More Definitions of Approved Purposes

Approved Purposes means evidence-based forward-looking strategies, programming and services used to (i) expand the availability of treatment for individuals affected by substance use disorders, (ii) develop, promote and provide evidence-based substance use prevention strategies, (iii) provide substance use avoidance and awareness education, (iv) decrease the oversupply of licit and illicit opioids, and (v) support recovery from addiction services performed by qualified and appropriately licensed providers, as is further set forth in the agreed Opioid Abatement Strategies attached as Exhibit A. For purposes of the Local Government Share, “Approved Purpose(s)” will also include past expenditures.

Approved Purposes means only uses to remediate the xxxxx, impact, and risks caused by the opioid epidemic to the State of Nevada and its residents, and are consistent with those uses required by Senate Bill 390 (SB 390) as enrolled by the 81st (2021) Nevada Legislative Session and signed into law by the Nevada Governor, or uses that are listed as an approved use for abatement purposes in any plan approved by a bankruptcy court that are not otherwise inconsistent with SB 390.
Approved Purposes means the use by Borrower of the Loan to partially fund the acquisition and development of the Property.
