Approved Operating Plan definition

Approved Operating Plan means any Operating Plan that is approved by the Board;

Approved Operating Plan means for the Pre-Mobilization Period, the Mobilization and Start-Up Period and each Operating Year, the Operating Plan approved by Owner pursuant to Article VII, as modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

Approved Operating Plan has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 6.1(b).

• Nothing included in or omitted from the Approved Operating Plan of Record shall be construed to mean a waiver of any requirement to comply with RSA 149-M, the Rules, this permit, or other applicable federal, state, district and local permits, ordinances, laws, approvals or conditions relating to this facility.

More Definitions of Approved Operating Plan

Approved Operating Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.2(b) (Operating Plan).

Approved Operating Plan and “Approved Operating Plans” are defined in Section 4.7.

Approved Operating Plan means an Operating Plan which has been approved or deemed approved by the Owner pursuant to Section 7.3.
