Approved Development Budget definition

Approved Development Budget means the proforma development budget, including sources and uses of funds, as approved by the County, and attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit B.

Approved Development Budget has the meaning set out in ss. 4.2.

• Written consent of the County will be required to amend the Approved Development Budget.

More Definitions of Approved Development Budget

Approved Development Budget means the development and construction budget for the Expansion Project approved by the Board and consistent with the cost parameters contemplated in Exhibit D, as such cost parameters will be finalized and may be amended from time to time in accordance with Article 6, and any other development and construction budget approved by the Board in respect of any other Approved Development Project.

Approved Development Budget means the spending plan set forth on Exhibit A, as may be amended by approval of a Board Supermajority; provided that the Approved Development Budget shall not exceed $[***]1.

Approved Development Budget means the budget for the Development and Regulatory Approval of the Assay and the IVD Kit, as applicable, in the Territory, including, subject to S ections 7.2 and 1 0.3, all Pass- Through Expenses payable by APR to IVS under this Agreement. The Approved Development Budget is set forth in S chedule A, as may be amended from time to time solely in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Approved Development Budget. The detailed line by line budget for the construction and development of the Improvements and its subsequent operation showing all direct and indirect costs of such Improvements, which budget shall include all hard and soft costs and a detailed projected disbursement schedule. The preliminary Approved Development Budget which has been approved by Purchaser is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit E.

Approved Development Budget means the development budget approved by Prudential and set forth in Exhibit G hereto, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 4.7.

Approved Development Budget means the detailed feasibility study and cash flow for the Development determined on a “whole of project” basis including a monthly breakdown by category of cash flow showing the expected revenues and costs prepared by the Borrower and set out in Schedule 2.
