Approved Development Budget definition

Approved Development Budget means the proforma development budget, including sources and uses of funds, as approved by the County, and attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit B.
Approved Development Budget has the meaning set out in ss. 4.2.
Approved Development Budget has the meaning set forth in the Loan Agreement.

More Definitions of Approved Development Budget

Approved Development Budget means the development and construction budget for the Expansion Project approved by the Board and consistent with the cost parameters contemplated in Exhibit D, as such cost parameters will be finalized and may be amended from time to time in accordance with Article 6, and any other development and construction budget approved by the Board in respect of any other Approved Development Project.
Approved Development Budget means the spending plan set forth on Exhibit A, as may be amended by approval of a Board Supermajority; provided that the Approved Development Budget shall not exceed $[***]1.

Approved Development Budget means the detailed feasibility study and cash flow for the Development determined on a “whole of project” basis including a monthly breakdown by category of cash flow showing the expected revenues and costs prepared by the Borrower and set out in Schedule 2.
