Approved Development Budget definition

Approved Development Budget means the proforma development budget, including sources and uses of funds, as approved by the County, and attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit B.

More Definitions of Approved Development Budget

Approved Development Budget means the spending plan set forth on Exhibit A, as may be amended by approval of a Board Supermajority; provided that the Approved Development Budget shall not exceed $[***]1.
