Approved Charterer definition

Approved Charterer means any counterparty approved by the Facility Agent (acting on the instructions of all of the Lenders) and which, unless otherwise agreed by the Facility Agent (acting on the instructions of all of the Lenders), is not on negative watch and has (or who provides a Charterer Parent Guarantee by its Holding Company which is not on negative watch and which has) a rating of BBB or higher from Xxxxx’x or a rating of Baa3 or higher from S&P;

Approved Charterer has the meaning given in Schedule 7;

Approved Charterer means CMA CGM S.A., a corporation incorporated in France whose registered office is at 0 Xxxx x’Xxxxx, 00000 Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx;

Examples of Approved Charterer in a sentence

• There is no agreement or understanding to allow or pay any rebate, premium, commission, discount or other benefit or payment (howsoever described) to any Borrower, any Approved Charterer or a third party in connection with the employment by the relevant Borrower of its Ship, other than as disclosed to the Lenders in writing on or prior to the date of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Approved Charterer

Approved Charterer means a company approved by the Agent as the charterer of the Ship which is to be a party to the Approved Charter;
