Approved Charterer means any counterparty approved by the Facility Agent (acting on the instructions of all of the Lenders) and which, unless otherwise agreed by the Facility Agent (acting on the instructions of all of the Lenders), is not on negative watch and has (or who provides a Charterer Parent Guarantee by its Holding Company which is not on negative watch and which has) a rating of BBB or higher from ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ or a rating of Baa3 or higher from S&P;

More Definitions of Approved Charterer

Approved Charterer means a company approved by the Agent as the charterer of the Ship which is to be a party to the Approved Charter;
