As long as no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, if such portion of the Award is in an amount equal to or greater than the Approval Threshold, Lessor shall make such portion of the Award available to Lessee in the manner provided in Section 14.6 with respect to Net Proceeds in excess of the Approval Threshold.
