Approval Authorities means any supranational, national, state, municipal, provincial or local government (including any subdivision, court, administrative agency or commission or other authority thereof) or any quasi governmental or private body exercising any regulatory, taxing, importing or other governmental or quasi governmental authority whose licences, authorisations, registrations or other approvals are necessary for undertaking the transactions contemplated by the Trust Deed, the Keepwell and Liquidity Support Deed, the Deed of Equity Interest Purchase Undertaking and the Notes;

Approval Authorities means the Ministry of Petroleum Resources of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and such other governmental authorities whose consent is required for the approval of the Deed of Assignment or any other Government agency the approval of which is required to fulfil any obligations of the Parties pursuant to this Agreement.

Approval Authorities means the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Changping District being the PRC governmental authority authorized to approve the transfer of registered capital in a foreign invested enterprise established in such district.

More Definitions of Approval Authorities

Approval Authorities refers to the Ministry of Commerce or its designated authorities at lower levels. “Registration Authorities” refers to the State Administration for Industry and Commerce or its designated authorities at lower levels.
