Appraisers definition

Appraisers has the meaning set forth in Section 15.02.

Appraisers means Aircraft Information Services, Inc., BK Associates, Inc. and Xxxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxx, Inc. or, so long as the Person entitled or required hereunder to select such Appraiser acts reasonably, any other nationally recognized appraiser reasonably satisfactory to the Subordination Agent and the Controlling Party.

Appraisers means the employee(s) of C&W who prepared and signed the Appraisal.

Examples of Appraisers in a sentence

• That part of the East ½ of Block 76, School Section, in Section 16, Town 3 North, Range 23 East, as returned by Appraisers of School and University Lands to the Office of the Secretary of State of the State of Wisconsin, bounded as follows: Begin on the South line of Thirteenth Street in said City of Racine at a point 90 feet West from the Northeast corner of said Block; run thence West on the North line of said Block, 40 feet, to the Northeast corner of land conveyed by Xxxx X.
