Appointing Party definition
Appointing Party means the non-breaching Party under Section 11.6 or the Terminating Party under Section 15.5.
Appointing Party will have the meaning given in Section 4.2 herein.
Appointing Party has the meaning set forth in Clause 7.1.
Examples of Appointing Party in a sentence
Each Appointing Party may at any time replace any individual then serving as such Appointing Party’s Board Observer with another individual appointed by such Appointing Party to serve as a successor Board Observer.
