Employees who are required to obtain and maintain a valid Qualified Applicator Certificate and Pesticide Control Advisor License as a part of their work assignment shall continue to be reimbursed for continuing education classes required to maintain their license and the fee charged for renewing their certificate upon presentation of documentation that establishes verification of the successful completion of the course or renewal process.
PRINCIPAL will rely on Applicator to work as many hours as may be reasonably necessary to fulfill Applicator’s obligations under this Agreement.

The manner in which the services are to be performed and the specific hours to be worked by Applicator shall be determined by Applicator.
