Xxxxxx Xxxxx Jain, Advocate, of 0, Xxx Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, 0xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx – 700 001 appointed by the Vendor/ Developer / Developer , inter alia, for preparation of this Agreement and the Sale Deed for transfer of the said flat/unit.
