Applicant Representative definition

Applicant Representative means the individual who is authorized to act on behalf of the Applicant;
Applicant Representative means a representative of a Participant that enters applicant and Project information into the Retrofit Portal on behalf of the Participant.
Applicant Representative means the Person who has been authorized by the Applicant to represent and bind the Applicant, including all Team Members and Joint Venture Participants, as applicable, in accordance with Section 3.7(4) of Part 7 – RFPQ Process and Legal Matters.
