Applicable Ratings means, with respect to any entity and the applicable Rating Agency, at the time of such measurement, the higher of (x) the ratings assigned with respect to long-term or short-term, as applicable, senior unsecured debt of such entity or
Applicable Ratings means at any time the credit ratings at such time by the Rating Agencies of the Index Debt.
Applicable Ratings means, with respect to S&P or Moody’s, the Senior Unsecured Rating established by such rating agency.

Applicable Ratings means, with respect to Moody’s, S&P or Fitch, a rating by such rating agency of the Company’s senior unsecured non-credit enhanced long-term indebtedness for borrowed money.
