Apollo Group means Apollo Advisors, L.P., Apollo Investment Fund, L.P., Apollo Investment Fund III, L.P., Apollo Overseas Partners III, L.P., Apollo (U.K.) Partners III, L.P., AIF II, L.P., and Apollo Advisors II, L.P., all Delaware limited partnerships (except that Apollo (U.K.) Partners III, L.P. is a limited partnership organized under the laws of England).

Apollo Group means (i) Apollo Global Management, LLC, any investment fund or managed account managed by Apollo Global Management, LLC and any of their respective Affiliates (in each case, other than any operating portfolio companies of an Apollo managed fund or the Company or any of the Company’s Subsidiaries), and (ii) any employees of or consultants to the entities described in clause (i) of this sentence.

Apollo Group means Domus Investment Holdings, LLC, Apollo Investment Fund VI, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, collectively with each of their respective affiliates (including, for avoidance of debt, any syndication vehicles) to which any transfers of Common Stock are made.

Apollo Group means, (i) AGM and its Subsidiaries excluding the Corporation and its Subsidiaries, (ii) any investment fund or other collective investment vehicle whose general partner or managing member is owned, directly or indirectly, by any Person described in clause (i), (iii) BRH Holdings GP, Ltd. and each of its shareholders, (iv) any executive officer or employee of AGM or its Subsidiaries excluding the Corporation and its Subsidiaries, and (v) any Affiliate of a Person described in clauses (i), (ii), (iii) or (iv) above; provided, none of the Corporation or its Subsidiaries (other than ACRA HoldCo and its Subsidiaries and ACRA 2 HoldCo and its Subsidiaries and any future similar vehicle and its Subsidiaries) shall be deemed to be a member of the Apollo Group for purposes of these Bylaws;

Apollo Group means (i) Apollo Global Management, LLC and its subsidiaries, (ii) Highlands Holdings, Ltd., (iii) any investment fund or other collective investment vehicle whose general partner or managing member is owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by Apollo Global Management, LLC or by one or more of Apollo Global Management, LLC’s subsidiaries, (iv) BRH Holdings GP, Ltd. and its shareholders, and (v) any Affiliate of a person described in clauses (i) - (iv) above; provided, none of the Company or its subsidiaries, nor any person employed by the Company or its subsidiaries, shall be deemed to be a member of the Apollo Group. For avoidance of doubt, any person managed by Apollo Global Management, LLC or by one or more of Apollo Global Management, LLC’s subsidiaries pursuant to a managed account agreement (or similar arrangement) without Apollo Global Management, LLC or by one or more of Apollo Global Management, LLC’s subsidiaries controlling such person as a general partner or managing member shall not be part of the Apollo Group;

Apollo Group means (i) the Class C Stockholder and its Affiliates, including their respective general partners, members and limited partners, (ii) Holdings and its Affiliates, including their respective general partners, members and limited partners, (iii) with respect to each Principal, such Principal and such Principal’s Group, (iv) any former or current investment professional of or other employee of an Apollo Employer or the Apollo Operating Group (or such other entity controlled by a member of the Apollo Operating Group) and any member of such Person’s Group, (v) any former or current executive officer of an Apollo Employer or the Apollo Operating Group (or such other entity controlled by a member of the Apollo Operating Group) and any member of such Person’s Group; and (vi) any former or current director of an Apollo Employer or the Apollo Operating Group (or such other entity controlled by a member of the Apollo Operating Group) and any member of such Person’s Group.
