APOD definition

APOD means the approved plan of development of the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ Oil and Gas Properties and all related Hydrocarbon Interests attached as Schedule 1.02(a).
APOD means (a) during calendar year 2013, the Approved Plan of Development of the Note PartiesOil and Gas Properties and all related Hydrocarbon Interests, attached as Schedule 6.15, as the same may be updated and approved from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and (b) after calendar year 2013, the Annual Capital Budget.
APOD means the Approved Plan of Development of the Borrower’s and its Subsidiaries’ Oil and Gas Properties and all related Hydrocarbon Interests, including new drilling completions, workovers, injections, acreage acquisitions and seismic acquisitions, attached as Schedule 5.18, as approved by the Administrative Agent and as the same may be updated and approved from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Examples of APOD in a sentence

  • No Note Party shall deviate from the APOD or make Consolidated Capital Expenditures in any manner not provided for in the APOD, unless permitted pursuant to an Approval Letter or in the definition of APOD or constituting an acquisition permitted under Section 7.6(g).

  • The Administrative Agent shall have received and approved the initial APOD.

  • Any revised plan submitted to Administrative Agent shall not be considered the current APOD until such time as the Requisite Holders shall have consented to such revised plan in their sole discretion, and no Note Party shall be permitted to spend funds in furtherance of such draft APOD.

  • No Note Party shall direct or allow any operator of any Note Party’s Oil and Gas Properties that is an Affiliate of any Note Party to engage in any activities with respect to any Oil and Gas Properties that would breach any provision of any Note Document or be in contradiction of the APOD.

  • The Requisite Holders shall have no obligation to consent to any APOD.

APOD means the oil and gas ▇▇▇▇▇ located within the APOD Boundary and described on Schedule 1.02
APOD means APOD A or APOD B, and “APODs” means, collectively, APOD A and APOD B.
APOD means Borrower's written plan of development with respect to budgeted Capital Expenditures (including maximum annual expenditures) and other development activities that is delivered to Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 3.1, as amended and supplemented from time to time with the consent of Administrative Agent and the Majority Lenders; provided that no such consent shall be required for amendments, modifications or supplements to the extent, but only to the extent, that any such amendments, modifications or supplements (a) either (i) are administrative or ministerial in nature, or (ii) would make non-material amendments to the timing for the completion of any such development, and (b) do not increase the aggregate permitted budgeted Capital Expenditures of Borrower and its Subsidiaries under such written plan.
APOD means the Approved Plan of Development of the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ Oil and Gas Properties and all related Hydrocarbon Interests, attached as Schedule 5.13, as the same may be updated by the Company and approved from time to time by the Super-Majority Requisite Lenders in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
