APO definition

APO means the administrative penalty order issued pursuant to Minn. Stat. §103F.48, subd. 7 and Minn. Stat. §103B.101, subd. 12a.
APO means "after payout", as such payout may be established under the respective farmout agreements, joint operating agreements, participation interests and similar agreements affecting each Property, including payouts providing reversionary rights of parties who have elected not to participate in an operation under a joint operating agreement. If the ACO selects the APO, CMS will make a prospective monthly APO payment to the ACO for APO Eligible Services furnished to REACH Beneficiaries by those Participant Providers and Preferred Providers participating in the APO. The amount of the monthly APO payment is calculated in accordance with Appendix F of the Agreement.
