APCO definition

APCO means the executive officer, air pollution control officer, or the designee of the executive officer or air pollution control officer of any air pollution control or air quality management district created or continued in existence pursuant to Part 3 (commencing with section 40000),
APCO means the Air Pollution Control Officer or the chief executive officer of the respective local air pollution control district or local air quality management district where the property is located, or a designated representative.
APCO means Appalachian Power Company, a Virginia corporation, and any of its successors or permitted assigns.
