Antitrust Filings definition

Antitrust Filings has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(b).

Antitrust Filings means all required filings under the HSR Act and all filings under other applicable Antitrust Laws required in order to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Each party shall cooperate with the other party to the extent necessary to assist the other party in the preparation of its Antitrust Filings and, if requested, to promptly amend or furnish additional information thereunder.

Antitrust Filings has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.2.
Antitrust Filings means notification and report forms relating to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement filed with the United States Federal Trade Commission and the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice as required by the HSR Act, as well as comparable pre-merger notification forms required by the merger notification or control laws and regulations of any applicable jurisdiction.
Antitrust Filings means any filing related to applicable federal, state, local or foreign antitrust, competition, premerger notification or trade regulation laws, regulations or orders.
