Anti-Kickback Statute definition

Anti-Kickback Statute means the Anti-kickback Statute as set forth in Section 1320a-7b of Title 42 of the United States Code, as amended, and any statute succeeding thereto.
Anti-Kickback Statute means the Federal Healthcare Program Anti-Kickback Statute (42 U.S.C. §1320a-7b(b).
