Antenna(s) definition

Antenna(s) means any system of electromagnetically tuned wires, poles, rods, reflecting discs or similar devices used to transmit or receive electromagnetic waves between terrestrial and/or orbital based points, including, but not limited to:
Antenna(s) means an apparatus designed for the purpose of emitting radiofrequency (RF) radiation, to be operated or operating from a fixed location pursuant to FCC authorization, for the provision of personal wireless service and any commingled information services. For purposes of this definition, the term antenna does not include an unintentional radiator, mobile station, or device authorized under 47 CFR Part 15.
Antenna(s) means the physical structure, or structures, as depicted on the Site Plans, which are attached to (or incorporated into) the City-Owned Structure that transmits and/or receives communications exclusively for Permitted Uses by converting electric current to/from electromagnetic waves used in providing wireless services.

More Definitions of Antenna(s)

Antenna(s) or “antenna array” means any system of electromagnetically tuned wires, poles, rods, panels, discs or similar devices used to transmit or receive electromagnetic waves between terrestrial and/or orbital based points, includes but is not limited to radio antennas, television antennas, satellite dish antennas, and cellular antennas, which includes, but is not limited to the facilities listed below. The antenna array does not include the support structure (defined in subsection N GG of this section).
Antenna(s) means any exterior system of electromagnetically- tuned wires, poles, rods, reflecting disks, or similar devices used to transmit or receive electromagnetic waves, digital signals, analog signals, radio frequencies (excluding radar signals), wireless telecommunications signals, or other communication signals between terrestrial and/or orbital based points, including without limitation: directional antennas (also known as "panel" antennas) which transmit and receive radio frequency signals in a specific directional pattern of less than 360 degrees; omni-directional antennas (also known as "whip" antennas) which transmit and receive radio frequency signals in a 360- degree radial pattern, but do not include antennas utilized specifically for television reception; and parabolic antennas (also known as “dish” antennas) which are bowl-shaped devices for the reception and/or transmission of radio frequency communication signals in a specific directional pattern.
Antenna(s) means any system of wires, poles, rods, reflecting discs, dishes, flat panels, or similar devices, including “whip antennas,” attached to a telecommunications tower, mast or other structure, which in combination with the radio-frequency radiation generating equipment associated with a base station are used for the transmission or reception of electromagnetic waves.

Antenna(s) means only one (1), or two (2) if Tenant exercises its option for a second, receive-only micro dish style satellite antenna(s) and mounting structure, and the design, size and features of each are subject to approval in writing by Landlord prior to installation of the respective Antenna.
Antenna(s) means any system of electromagnetically tuned wires, poles, rods, reflecting discs or similar devices used to transmit or receive electromagnetic waves between terrestrial and/or orbital based points; includes, but is not limited to, radio antennas, television antennas, satellite dish antennas, and cellular antennas.
