Annuity Benefit definition

Annuity Benefit means a benefit payable by us as described in Part VII.
Annuity Benefit means a benefit payable by us as described in Part VIII.
Annuity Benefit means a benefit payable by us pursuant to Part VII of this Contract.

Examples of Annuity Benefit in a sentence

  • The amount applied to provide an Annuity Benefit may be reduced by a charge for any taxes which apply on annuity purchase payments.

  • However, no such change will apply to (a) any Annuity Benefit provided before the change or (b) Contributions made before such change which are applied to provide an Annuity Benefit.

  • If we have previously deducted charges for taxes from Contributions, we will not again deduct charges for the same taxes before an Annuity Benefit is provided.

  • We will have the right to require you to furnish any information we need to provide an Annuity Benefit.

More Definitions of Annuity Benefit

Annuity Benefit means a benefit payable by Equitable pursuant to Part VII of this Contract.
Annuity Benefit means a benefit payable by us pursuant to Section 3.04 of this Contract. Various sections of this Contract (Sections 1.16, 1.17, 1.18, 3.01 and 3.02) refer to monthly payments to be made under an Annuity Benefit. You may wish to have your Annuity Benefit paid at other intervals, such as quarterly, semi-annually, or annually, instead of monthly. You may elect this at the time you elect the Annuity Benefit form as described in Section 3.03; in that event, all references in this Contract to monthly payments will be deemed to mean payments at the frequency you elect, subject to our rules at the time of election.
Annuity Benefit means a benefit payable by us pursuant to Section 3.04 of this Contract.
