Annual Work Program definition

Annual Work Program means an itemized statement of the Petroleum Operations to be carried out in the Contract Area during a Calendar Year.

Annual Work Program means the annual program prepared in accordance with Section I.A.6 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and to be presented by the Recipient pursuant to Section I.A.5 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Annual Work Program means that portion of the Agency's annual budget that sets forth programs and goals to be accomplished by the Agency during the fiscal year.

• More than five years lapsed between the time the state court issued its order and the date on which the state court record was destroyed in accordance with the provisions of the County Records Act and Pa. R.J.A. No. 507(A).

• Each Annual Work Program and corresponding Annual Budget shall be itemized between the different activities of exploration, and if applicable, of appraisal for each discovery, of development and of production for each commercial deposit.

More Definitions of Annual Work Program

Annual Work Program means the group of activities to be performed by the Concessionaire within any one calendar year, pursuant to Clause Sixteen.

Annual Work Program means any of the annual work programs referred to in Section 3.07 (a) (i) of this Agreement;
