Annual Retainer definition

Annual Retainer for a particular Director means the retainer (including any additional amounts payable for serving as lead Director or on any committee of the Board), payable to that Director for serving as a Director for the relevant Remuneration Period, as determined by the Board;
Annual Retainer means the annual retainer payable by the Company to Non-Employee Directors and shall include, for purposes of this Plan, meeting fees, cash retainers and any other cash compensation payable to Non-Employee Directors by the Company for services as a Director.
Annual Retainer means the fixed annual fee of a Nonemployee Director in effect on the first day of the year in which such Annual Retainer is payable for services to be rendered as a Nonemployee Director of the Company. The Annual Retainer does not include meeting or chairmanship fees.

More Definitions of Annual Retainer

Annual Retainer means the annual cash retainer fee payable by the Corporation to a Non-Employee Director for services as a director of the Corporation, as such amount may be changed from time to time.
