Annual Charges definition

Annual Charges means the costs associated with the maintenance of the validations needed to MANUFACTURE the PRODUCT(S), as specified in ATTACHMENT 6.1.
Annual Charges. In respect of each PFA Accounting Period, EPFAL shall be entitled to recover from Pool Members annual charges equal to the aggregate of the following amounts:-
Annual Charges means the Supplier’s annual charges for the provision of the Maintenance Services in a year of the Term being (i) for the Initial Term, the charge set out in the Order and (ii) for each Extended Term, the amount the Supplier notifies the Customer prior to the start of the Extended Term as being the charge for the Maintenance Services in that Extended Term.

Annual Charges has the meaning of the total of the fixed and variable charges billed to the Client by the Service Provide in any single year.
