Annual Bonus Program definition

Annual Bonus Program means the annual cash incentive bonus program in which the Participant participates as of the date of such Participant’s Covered Termination.

Annual Bonus Program means the annual bonus program as described on Section 2.8 of the Company Disclosure Schedule.
