Each Anniversary Fee shall be fully earned on the Effective Date but shall be due and payable on the earlier to occur of (i) such one (1) year anniversary of the Effective Date and (ii) the termination of this Agreement.
The Facility Fee and the Anniversary Fee are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Loan Fees”.
