Ancillary Items definition

Ancillary Items means all engine covers, tool kits, spare parts, loose equipment, and other equipment of whatever nature incorporated in, attached to or associated with the Airframe or the Engines.
Ancillary Items means all equipment of whatever nature including without limitation engine covers and loose equipment that is associated with the Airframe or the Engines and that is in Seller’s possession.

  • CUSTOMER agrees to pay LOOMIS the Total Monthly Package Fee, plus any Ancillary Items described in this Agreement or any Exhibit or Addendum hereto and any applicable federal, state or local taxes within fifteen (15) days of invoice.

  • The monthly fuel fee shall equal the product of the applicable percentage (based on the chart below) multiplied by the aggregate monthly service fee (including any applicable Ancillary Items).

More Definitions of Ancillary Items

Ancillary Items means any and all materials, equipment, tools, components, spare parts and equipment on board the Drilling Unit as of the Closing Date, excluding for the avoidance of doubt the Excluded Drilling Equipment and the Software (except as provided in Section 6.3), but including without limitation, HVAC equipment; the Computer Equipment, office equipment; galley equipment (excluding galley equipment owned by the third party caterer); televisions sets; radio, navigational and other communications equipment (excluding communications equipment owned by a third party); and recreation room equipment.
Ancillary Items means all tool kits, spare parts, rotables (including life rafts) support equipment, engine covers, loose equipment and other equipment of whatever nature in Seller’s possession that is associated with the Airframe and the Engines identified in Exhibit A-1 (such list of Ancillary Items to be revised jointly by Purchaser and Seller during the Inspection in order to add any other items agreed upon).
Ancillary Items means those items related to the Works and being sold hereunder as listed in Exhibit A to this Agreement.
