If a fault reported by the Service Provider is found to be caused by the Premises equipment (CPE) or the wiring at the Premises beyond the service demarcation point, then the Service Provider may be charged the “No fault found” Ancillary Charge in the Price List.
The User agrees to pay the relevant Ancillary Charge in relation to such request.
If a fault reported by the Service Provider is found to be caused by the End User Premises or Service Provider Premises or NBAP (as applicable) equipment (CPE) or the wiring at the End User Premises or Service Provider Premises or NBAP (as applicable) beyond the Service Demarcation Point, then the Service Provider may be charged the “No fault found” Ancillary Charge in the Price List.
The percentage increase or decrease will be calculated only on the part of the relevant Ancillary Charge, if any, that is a direct labour cost.
Additional services (“Additional Services”) for which there will be an additional fee (“Additional Fee”) are set forth in the Ancillary Charge Sheet attached as Exhibit C.
