Traffic that is originated by a Customer of one Party on that Party’s network and terminates to a Customer of the other Party on that other Party’s network and is not Reciprocal Compensation Traffic, Measured Internet Traffic, or Ancillary Traffic.
The execution of this Agreement does not constitute a request for, nor agreement to provide Energy, any Ancillary Services or Installed Capacity under the NYISO Market Administration and Control Area Services Tariff (“Services Tariff”).
Ancillary trunk groups, such as mass calling and 911, are excluded from the consideration.
