Analogue definition

Analogue means a substance that, in relation to a controlled substance, has a substantially similar chemical structure.
Analogue means a BMS Compound that is structurally and functionally similar to a particular BMS Compound and is provided to Exelixis by BMS pursuant to Section 4.3 as a substitute for such BMS Compound.
