Amortization Installments definition

Amortization Installments means the moneys required to be deposited in a Series Redemption Account within a Series Debt Service Account for the purpose of redeeming and paying when due any Term Bonds, the specific amounts and dates of such deposits to be set forth in a Supplemental Indenture.

More Definitions of Amortization Installments

Amortization Installments means an amount so designated to be due prior to the Maturity Date. "Authorizing Resolution" means the resolution of the Issuer adopted on May 12, 2022, approving, among other things, the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the issuance of the Series 2022 Bond.
