Amendment Notice definition

Amendment Notice means a notice submitted to the Registry in the prescribed registry notice form to modify information contained in a related registered notice;
Amendment Notice has the meaning given in clause 18.1(e).
Amendment Notice means a written notice from an institution advising the Bureau of an amendment to credit information previously incorrectly reported to the Bureau by that institution;

Examples of Amendment Notice in a sentence

  • If the parties are unable to agree on the amendment or such changes, in writing, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Amendment Notice by the other party, the party providing the Amendment Notice may terminate the Participation Agreement, without cost or penalty, effective on the date on which the proposed amendment was to be effective, as specified in the Amendment Notice.

  • Each such NOPS Amendment Notice must be effective on or prior to the Physical Settlement Date (determined without reference to any change resulting from such NOPS Amendment Notice).

Amendment Notice. As soon as reasonably practicable after a Party becomes aware of a Relevant Change or a Potential Relevant Change, it shall give notice to the other specifying: what the Relevant Change or Potential Relevant Change is; what the Relevant Change Effect is of the Relevant Change or Potential Relevant Change; and what amendments to this Agreement must be made to avoid the Relevant Change Effect, (the Amendment Notice).
