Amendment Fees definition

Amendment Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Amendment Agreement.
Amendment Fees means, collectively, the Amendment Fee as such term is defined in each of the First Amendment dated as of October 11, 2000 to this Agreement and the Second Amendment dated as of April 25, 2001 to this Agreement.
