Alternative Tender definition

Alternative Tender means a Tender submitted in addition to a Conforming Tender, in which a Tenderer offers an alternative to that of a Conforming Tender in respect of any part of the technical requirements of the Tender Documents, or the time for the completion of the Works, or in respect of any other requirements of the Tender Documents.

  • The Alternative Tender must clearly describe the extent to which the Tender Criteria are proposed to be varied by, amongst other things, completing the Statement of Additions and Variations found in Tender Schedule 3.

Alternative Tender means a Tender other than a Conforming Tender or a Complying Tender which accompanies a Complying Tender;
