Alternative B. Each Data Provider shall, in accordance with the Policies and Procedures, use reasonable and appropriate efforts to assure that all of the Patient Data it provides through the System is accurate, free from serious error, reasonably complete, and provided in a timely manner, as specified in the Policies and Procedures.52
Alternative B. The Data Provider shall participate in and maintain its connection to the System’s record locator, service-based federated network and provide through the System the Patient Data the Data Provider has agreed to provide pursuant to the specific terms of its Participation Agreement.

Alternative B.
